Anthony Carafa has over 29 years’ experience as a Chartered Accountant, and became a Director at Dobbyn + Carafa, a boutique accounting, taxation, and corporate advisory firm in 2006.

Anthony consults in the areas of corporate advisory and domestic taxation, specialising in structuring advice and transaction support (business sales and acquisitions) including due diligence. In advising on such transactions and performing due diligence reviews, Anthony is able to combine his accounting experience with taxation expertise and a strong accounting and commercial background.
His client base includes very substantial private and family businesses in the manufacturing, primary production, retail, wholesale, and building & construction industries. Anthony and his team also assisted QMS Media in undertaking an Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the Australian Securities Exchange.
