MGI is on track with one of its business objectives of being listed in the BRW Top 20 Accounting Firms list. In the September published review, MGI improved its rating on the accounting ladder from 24th in 2007 to 22nd in 2008. The ranking is based on fees turnover with MGI achieving an increase of 10.34% on the previous year. Early this year, all MGI Australasian firms also became known simply as “MGI” - an exciting development that is reflected in our powerful new visual identity. Our re-branding and change of name has occurred to better communicate our market strength as an established progressive international accounting and consulting association with superior local and global connections. Although we will be known as “MGI”, each firm will still maintain its independence of ownership and management.
